Millennium Conferences International reserves the right to cancel any conference and/or exhibition it deems necessary
and will in such an event make a full refund of any registration or exhibition fee. No liability is assumed by Millennium Conferences International for changes in programme date, content, speakers and venue. 
Cancellation of your participation without penalty is not possible after 1st  March 2008. Any invoice raised for your participation must  be paid even in the case of non-attendance. You can of course nominate another representative of the company to replace you. VAT will be charged if applicable.
