          PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations (paid or unpaid) must be received in writing by 1st July 2008 and will be subject to an administration fee of UK£150.00 (for delegates) and UK£295.00 (for exhibitors). Regrettably, no refunds can be given after this date, but substitute delegates will be welcome. Non-attendance at the event will be considered a late cancellation and the full fee will be payable.

Millennium Conferences International reserves the right to cancel any conference and/or exhibition it deems necessary and will in such an event make a full refund of any paid delegate registration fee. No liability is assumed by Millennium Conferences International for changes in programme date, content, speakers and venue. Please note that we are unable to accept provisional bookings. Cancellations (paid or unpaid) received  by 1st July 2008 must be received in writing and will be subject to an administration fee of UK£150.00; regrettably, no refunds can be  given after this date, but substitute delegates will be welcome. Non-attendance at the event will be considered a late cancellation and the full fee will be payable. Bookings taken less than two weeks prior to the conference must be accompanied by a cheque or credit card confirmation. VAT will be charged if applicable.
